JOB DESCRIPTION

Consistently achieve new business sales targets
as agreed with line manager
·
Plan strategically on the assigned territory
within geographics.
·
Generate leads, meet monthly minimum activities
and conduct cold calling, sales visits and product presentation to OHES stake
holders in order to achieve sales objectives and close the new business deals.
·
Approaching prospect in value selling approach
and represent 3M PSD professionally in the territory and present 3M PSD
services.
·
Work closely with with channel and marketing
teams.
·
Project monthly and quarterly forecast to
division management and achieve best result
·
Ensure customers and sales pipeline data base is
kept accurate and up-to-date
·
To keep up to date with market movements and be
constantly monitoring competitors
·
Collaborate with marketing team on launching
events and product campaigns
Requirements:
·
Candidate must possess at least a
Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering
(Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or
equivalent.
·
Minimum 5+ years of corporate / B2B selling
experience, preferably with value selling or consultative approach
·
Proven record in achieving top sales with
extensive knowledge of a full sales cycle
·
Experience in presenting and approaching
customer at different level and stake holders (user, procurement and top
management)
·
A self starter who is able to work independently
and collaborative
·
Passionate, winning mind-set, with curiosity and
integrity
·
Self motivated and result oriented; challenged
to work in fast pace environment
·
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skill This
position will be placed in Jakarta and Batam Area
